Some rooms suffer from small size!!! Shower temperature control could use serious improvements!!! Minor maintenance issues linger, like peeling paint and broken fixtures!!!

i recently stayed in burwash for a date night, and this place truly exceeded my expectations. the cozy ambiance, especially in the bar with a great selection of ales, made it ideal for unwinding. plus, the delicious chicken roast paired perfectly with the warm atmosphere.

During my stay, I was deeply disappointed with the room conditions. The room was dusty, and unfortunately, it lacked proper ventilation, making it uncomfortable. the promised vegan options were nonexistent, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated with my dining experience.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely bar area. On my first stay, the staff wonderfully returned my forgotten jewellery. Their kindness truly makes me feel welcomed. I can't wait to come back next year!
